The Paisley Festival Company comprises its members, of which there are two groups: those who, in 2005, agreed to form the Company in the first place, namely

All have agreed to the objectives of the Company (set out in its Memorandum) and to how its business should be conducted (set out in its Articles of Association). The Company's affairs are run by a Board of Directors elected from its membership, currently comprising

A copy of the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association can be obtained from the Company Secretary.

The Company is limited by guarantee, so any surplus from its activities is ploughed back into the business; no shareholders have put up capital so there is no-one entitled to profits. It is also a registered charity, so Directors do not receive any payment for their services: they are all enthusiastic volunteers.

Any individual who shares the objectives of the Company is entitled to seek admission as a Member and need only write expressing the wish to become a Member at the next Annual General Meeting.
